Pursuant to the U.S. District Court, SDNY Standing Order M10-468 and Notice Regarding Court Operations:
The Court will have limited services on Friday, November 14, 2025, and Friday, November 21, 2025. All public intake counters will be closed.
Electronic filings through the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system remains available.
Re: Clerk's Office and Pro Se Filings:
Pro se filers can utilize the Court's Pro Se Upload tool to electronically upload PDF documents. Please visit https://www.nysb.uscourts.gov † Filing Without an Attorney menu † Pro Se Upload Tool.
Pro se filers may also utilize the drop boxes located in the lobbies of the following courthouses:

Paper filings submitted for filing in a drop box must be time-stamped, sealed in an envelope addressed to the Clerk of Court of the Bankruptcy Court, and must include the filer's contact information, as well as, associated filing fees.
