Joseph Kuykendall is a senior at Wayne State University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in film with a minor in public relations. His passion for media began at age16, though his love for film has been lifelong.

Joseph has gained professional experience interning with The Henry Ford's Media Relations Department and serving as a production assistant on the Emmy Award-winning program "The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation."

As a Dean's Delegate for the College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts, Joseph has demonstrated leadership by mentoring and guiding incoming students to embrace the opportunities available throughout their academic journey.

In addition, he serves as the Student Senate Representative for the College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts, the Polemarch (President) of the Alpha Beta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and as a Resident Advisor for Towers Residential Suites at Wayne State University.
