Hope Valley Barracks

On Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 10:45 AM, Troopers arrested Raymond J. Dutton, age 61 of 11 Windward Walk, North Kingstown, Rhode Island on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating out of the State Hope Valley Barracks for 1.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Troper Treml. Mr. Dutton was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later arraigned at Fourth District Court.

On Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 1:50 AM, Troopers arrested Roy T. Dinola, age 43, of 98 Buttonwoods Road, Wyoming, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Mr. Dinola was transported to State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future arraignment date at Third Division District Court.
