RESCISSION OF PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE

Marion County Utilities is rescinding the boil water notice for the Marion Oaks - Communities
For homes and businesses located in or on: SW 172nd Ln Rd (11 Addresses)
2817, 2829, 2844, 2861, 2878, 2892, 2908, 2909, 2925 SW 172nd Ln Rd;
2840 SW 167th Ln;
2890 SW 166th Ln
The "precautionary boil water notice" from: 3/31/2026 is hereby rescinded following the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.
