Renaud Dutreil joins Lazard as Senior Advisor within the LazardNext Team

PARIS, October 3, 2025- Lazard, Inc. (NYSE: LAZ) today announced the appointment of Renaud Dutreil as Senior Advisor within the LazardNext team, which specializes in M&A advisory services for small and mid-cap companies.

Renaud Dutreil served as Minister of the Civil Service, State Reform and Regional Planning from 2004 to 2005, and as Minister for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts and Liberal Professions from 2005 to 2007. He subsequently served as Chairman of LVMH in the United States from 2008 to 2013, before moving into private equity as Head of the private equity business at Mirabaud Group from 2017 to 2025.

He is an Honorary Member of the French Conseil d'État and an Officer of the Legion of Honour. He is a graduate of the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA) and the École Normale Supérieure (ENS).
