Portions of I-70 reopened in northwest Kansas
The Kansas Department of Transportation has reopened westbound I-70 from WaKeeney to the Colorado state line and eastbound lanes at Oakley. Eastbound lanes remain closed between Colby and Oakley due to a multiple vehicle crash blocking the roadway.
