As our nation approaches its 250th anniversary, communities across the Midwest are finding ways to come together to celebrate and reflect on our shared history. At Meijer, we're proud to be part of facilitating those moments-helping neighbors connect and create lasting memories.
From local parades and fireworks to festivals and family-friendly experiences, the most powerful celebrations happen right where we live-on main streets, in parks, and in gathering spaces across our region.
This summer, Meijer is proud to support hundreds of community events across Michigan and beyond. From Fourth of July celebrations like the Grand Rapids fireworks display to events like Thunder Over Louisville, these activities are important in a historic year such as this one.
We're also helping create unique experiences that bring our country's history to life. For example, as the presenting sponsor of the Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village Freedom Plane National Tour, we're helping bring rare founding-era documents to the Midwest-making it easier for people to connect with the story of our nation in a meaningful way.
As we celebrate America's 250th anniversary, we're not only reflecting on our past-we're also looking ahead. Together, we can continue building vibrant, connected communities for generations to come.
At Meijer, we're honored to stand alongside our neighbors in celebrating this historic moment-and we look forward to making many more memories together.
