Mindful Monday is a Year 1 initiative of Georgia College & State University's QEP, Bobcats FIRST. Here's what you can do to be part of this initiative:

- Share the Mindful Monday post to your departmental and/or personal social media account.
- Reference the Mindful Monday in class, and ask students to reflect silently or aloud.
- Share in other creative ways to promote mindfulness, positivity and belonging.
