SCDOT Temporarily Closing Great Falls Highway Bridge over Catawba River near Great Falls

​Out of an abundance of caution, SCDOT is closing the Great Falls Highway (SC-200/SC-97) bridge over Catawba River near Great Falls, South Carolina due to the rising water levels in the area. When water levels recede, SCDOT crews will perform any necessary inspections before reopening the bridge to traffic. ​
