Distribution to Stockholders of Record as of June 30, 2026
The board of directors of Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (the "Company") has authorized a distribution on the Company's common stock in the amount of $0.135600 per share to stockholders of record of the Company as of June 30, 2026, that the Company expects to pay on or about July 7, 2026. The distribution will be paid in cash or reinvested in shares of the Company's common stock for stockholders participating in the Company's distribution reinvestment plan.
