NEW Documentary Film on Mariposa Creek Parkway

Mariposa County is proud to share Wakaalətti': Our Creek - Restoring Land, Healing Community, a short documentary celebrating the restoration of the Mariposa Creek Parkway.

Filmed over two years by Amanda Law of Lovely Films, this short film showcases how native habitat restoration, made possible through strong community partnerships, can build ecological resilience and wildfire preparedness.

The Mariposa Creek Parkway is a planned multi-use trail and conservation corridor that runs through the town of Mariposa, connecting natural, cultural, and civic spaces.
