CM/ECF Notices of Electronic Filings (NEFs)

Nationally, CM/ECF has been experiencing problems with Notices of Electronic Filings (NEFs) not reaching the emailed recipients, and you may not have received all your notices (NEFs) starting Monday, January 20th. You may run a Docket Activity Report in CM/ECF (Reports > Docket Activity) to identify all filings that have been filed in your cases.

The issue is resolved, and the Court will be resending NEFs that you may not have received. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.
