FRAUD ALERT - AES Electrical Aggregation

The City of Clayton is in an electrical aggregation program with Energy Harbor. Energy Harbor is the company that the Miami Valley Communications Council - and the City of Clayton - contracted with for the current rate through December 2025. Energy Harbor was purchased by Dygney and the company sent out letters, but there is no change in service or rates to residents enrolled in the program.

A resident notified us that someone stopped by their house today saying they were hired by the City and asking to see their AES bill, asking for their account number, wanting to taking them off Dygney and putting them on a different supplier. These people were not hired by the City and are doing this under false pretenses.

Please be aware that if you choose to change suppliers you are no longer under the aggregation through the City and the Miami Valley Communication Council.
