Montgomery, AL - The City of Montgomery's Sanitation Department reminds residents of its holiday sanitation pickup schedule. These changes are designed to improve operational efficiency and provide clarity for residents during holiday weeks.
To accommodate the holiday and streamline operations, the City of Montgomery's Sanitation Department will implement the following changes during the following holidays:
Christmas Week
Holiday Closures
Green Can Pickup
Curbside Trash Pickup
New Year's Week
Holiday Closures
Green Can Pickup
Curbside Trash Pickup
These changes reflect the City's commitment to streamlining services and ensuring residents are informed well in advance. The updated schedule has been posted on the City's official Sanitation Department webpage, and residents are encouraged to review it for full details.
Additionally, the Water Works Department will begin including reminders about the new schedule in upcoming water/trash bills.
