Norton Rose Fulbright’s Dallas office selected as a 2025 “Top Workplace”

Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas office has been named one of the "Top Workplaces" in Dallas and Fort Worth for the third consecutive year. The firm ranked ninth on the Dallas list for large employers and was the only law firm to make the top 50 this year.

Published by The Dallas Morning News, the annual "Top Workplaces" list is based on employee feedback compiled through a confidential job satisfaction survey conducted by Energage. More than 700 of the firm's US personnel responded to the survey, measuring the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and other factors.

"At Norton Rose Fulbright, we make it a top priority to foster a workplace where our people can grow and thrive," said Michael Swartzendruber, Partner-in-Charge of the Dallas office. "Our entire Dallas team leans into that supportive culture, and the remarkably collegial atmosphere makes coming to work here rewarding and fun."

Along with being the only law firm recognized in the "Top Large Companies" category, the firm also received a special award in the "well-being" category, receiving a standout score for responses to the following statement, "The company does a great job of prioritizing employee well-being."

Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston, San Antonio and New York offices were also recognized as 2025 "Top Workplaces." Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces" program, has surveyed 27 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception in 2006.
