Democrat Gabe Vasquez just voted to shut down the government. His reckless decision risks paychecks for our service members, police, and Border Patrol agents. It stalls disaster relief, cuts off critical support for veterans, farmers, and small businesses-all while he doubles down on open-borders policies and handouts for illegal immigrants.

Out-of-touch Democrat Gabe Vasquez is grinding America to a halt. His shutdown puts the programs New Mexicans rely on every single day at risk, just so he can prioritize open borders and free benefits for illegal immigrants. New Mexicans deserve better. We will not forgive this betrayal.
