Buddy brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience driving growth across the commercial and industrial HVAC sector. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the North American division of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group. Previously, he held executive roles at Nortek Air Solutions and Johnson Controls leading global sales, operations and strategy.
