The City of Burbank has made it easier for business owners to apply for minor modifications to existing Conditional Use Permits (CUP) and Administrative Use Permits (AUP). This process is intended to reduce administrative costs and provide a streamlined review process for businesses and residents looking to make minor adjustments.
Eligible minor modifications include, but are not limited to:
- Changes to business hours
- Minor adjustments to floor plans, or layouts
- Ownership changes
- Adding an incidental use (must be less than 15% of floor area and no new entitlement needed)
