Lisa R. Lifshitz to speak at the ABA's Business Law Basics Series

Lisa R. Lifshitz, partner and chair of our Technology and Privacy & Data Management Groups will be speaking to attendees of the ABA's Business Law Basics Series on February 17, 2026, on best practices for AI procurement and contract negotiation on a panel titled, "Think Like a Lawyer About AI".

This practical discussion will focus on how lawyers should be thinking about advising clients on emerging AI issues, including procuring AI tools, establishing governance frameworks to support a company's use of AI tools across business functions, and keeping up with public policy and evolving approaches to government regulation.
