Amazon Leo adds 6 new Arianespace launches, expanding its launch partnership
Amazon Leo is expanding its launch partnership with Arianespace by adding six new Ariane 6 contracts, increasing its total commitment from 18 to 24 launches-extending the largest commercial contract in Arianespace history. Having already delivered 100 satellites across three missions, Arianespace continues to ramp up capacity with upgraded boosters enabling heavier payloads.

Starting January 1, 2027, U.S. Whole Foods Market team members will gain access to Amazon's comprehensive benefits, making our offering one of the most competitive packages in the retail industry. Eligible full-time team members will have access to comprehensive health plans with options starting at $5 a week that provide affordable access to primary care and behavioral health providers with $5 copays.

Cybersecurity expert Kevin Mandia joins Amazon's Board of Directors
Kevin Mandia, a widely recognized cybersecurity expert with more than 30 years of experience combating cyber threats across the public and private sectors, was elected to Amazon's Board of Directors on September 8. Mandia is the founder and CEO of Armadin, Inc. and the co-founder and general partner of Ballistic Ventures. He also founded and previously served as the CEO of Mandiant, Inc.
