Notice of AGM – Announcment

Fenikso Limited (AQSE: FNK), the Cayman Islands enterprise company, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DW, on 30 June 2023 at 9.00 am BST.

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with Form of Proxy, has been posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the Company's website.
