Effective immediately: Anticipating the retirement of Captain Scott Davidson in August, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement (CVE) Lieutenant Benjamin Shelp is promoted to the rank of Captain, and will be overseeing the Investigation Unit, Business Unit, Education Unit, and the Automated Vehicle Inspection Program (AVIP).
