ICYMI: Walberg Joins McMahon's Returning Education to the States Tour

In Case You Missed It, Education and Workforce Committee Chairman Tim Walberg (R-MI) joined Education Secretary Linda McMahon for a roundtable discussion on the importance of school choice as well as tours of Hillsdale Academy, Hillsdale College, and Pembroke Academy. The visit was part of the Secretary's ongoing tour across America highlighting the importance of returning education to the states.

As we visited schools like Pembroke Academy, Hillsdale Academy, and Hillsdale College, the Secretary and I were able to see the incredible benefits of state and local-led education firsthand. Chairman Walberg and Secretary McMahon were joined by Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT), Chairman of the Higher Education and Workforce Development Subcommittee, and Rep. John Moolenaar (R-MI), Co-chair of the Congressional School Choice Caucus.
