This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Elite's continued geographic growth, strengthening its geographic footprint and enhancing its ability to serve customers with greater speed, availability, and localized support.

Founded in 2014, Elite is a hydro excavation and vacuum truck leasing and sales business, serving a broad base of hydro excavation service providers across national infrastructure, environmental and industrial services firms.

Founded in 1984, ISG provides equipment distribution, sales, service, parts, and rental solutions to municipalities, private contractors, and government entities across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and beyond.
