Senator Marshall Urgently Calls for All Kansans in the Middle East to Evacuate Immediately
Washington - U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-Kansas), is urgently calling on any Kansan currently in the Middle East - or anyone with a loved one there - to evacuate immediately. His office is actively assisting with departures. Anyone needing assistance should email [email protected] or call (785) 829-9000.
The U.S. State Department has advised any American currently in the following countries to depart immediately:
- Bahrain
- Egypt
- Iran
- Iraq
- Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza
- Jordan
- Kuwait
- Lebanon
- Oman
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- Syria
- United Arab Emirates
- Yemen
Senator Marshall strongly encourages all Americans abroad to enroll in the U.S. State Department's Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) at step.state.gov to receive the latest security updates directly from the nearest U.S. embassy.
