Baker McKenzie Assists Banco BPM With Real Estate Financing

Baker McKenzie assisted Banco BPM with the financing granted to Via San Lazzaro Properties S.r.l., a company of the Industrie Edili Holding group, for constructing a new real estate complex for residential use in the city of Padua. The complex is divided into two towers, with a total of 170 flats and 171 garages.

Baker McKenzie was represented by a team coordinated by Giorgio Telarico. The team included Associates Francesco Ciociola and Camilla Bassi and Trainee Alice Mariani for the aspects related to preparing and negotiating financial documentation; Counsel Mario Cigno and Associate Amalia Scimè for the administrative law and due diligence aspects; and Senior Associate Eliana Fruncillo for the bankruptcy law and due diligence aspects.
