Saga Furs welcomes the Lunar New Year of the Snake to the Top Lot Program

Since 2017, Saga Furs has integrated a new animal into the renowned Top Lot Program to celebrate each Lunar New Year. As we enter the dynamic Year of the Snake in 2025, we are thrilled to unveil "Milo"-the" latest addition to the Top Lot animal family.

The Lunar Zodiac animals are rich in auspicious symbolism and hold deep cultural significance in Asian traditions. Each zodiac sign is associated with unique traits, and it is believed that those born each year embody the characteristics of the year's animal. The 12 Lunar Year zodiac signs are Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig, with each creature possessing its distinct qualities.

A testament of excellence

Crafting the snake

Snake Milo is a masterpiece, crafted with dyed Pearl and Palomino mink, each in carefully selected colors to highlight sophistication and artistic finesse.

Furrier Thea Bank Larsen shares her creative journey: " Creating Milo has been an incredible journey, as I used an old and challenging technique called spiral let out. It truly pushed my skills to the limit, but I'm so proud of the result and grateful for the challenge. Sometimes it's the toughest projects that teach us the most!"

The Snake symbolizes power, wisdom, vitality and renewal, along with good fortune and health. As we welcome 2025, a year of promising new beginnings, we honor the traits of those born under this zodiac sign: intelligence, calmness and a strong sense of responsibility. People born in the Year of the Snake (2025, 2013, 2001, 1989, 1977, 1965, 1953, 1941, 1929) are believed to bring love and prosperity to those around them.
