Donor drives by Canadian Blood Services and the Katelyn Bedard Bone Marrow Association are set for campus on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
The UWindsor Blood Club is hosting both events from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the second floor of the CAW Student Centre.
The blood drive welcomes walk-ins but requires government-issued identification and is set for the Alumni Auditorium.
"Get Swabbed," which involves a quick swab of the inside of the mouth to register as a stem cell donor, will take place in the corridor outside the auditorium.
"Your small act of kindness can make a big difference," says club co-president Alexandria MacLellan, a business major. "Let's save lives together!"
