Willkie represented Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a leading benefits administration provider of health, wealth and leave solutions, in its acquisition of Abett, a healthcare and benefits data technology company.

On October 1, Alight announced its acquisition of Abett, which acts as a data infrastructure layer for Fortune 500 employers and their benefits vendors. Abett's core product, the Data Engine, unifies benefits ecosystem data from medical, pharmacy, partners, point solution vendors and additional data sources.

Alight is a leading benefits administration provider of health, wealth, leave and point solutions for many of the world's largest organizations and over 30 million people.
