Due to an ongoing outage affecting the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC), parties who are not registered CM/ECF users may experience delays in receiving copies of required notices and orders. The court has entered General Order 26-3 directing that manual service for certain case documents be made by some case participants rather than the court or the clerk.
