BARBADOS AFREXIMBANK AFRICAN TRADE CENTRE
African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), a pan-African multilateral trade finance institution, intends to establish a state-of-the-art trade centre on a prime parcel of land within the Carlisle Bay district on the southeastern coastline of Barbados.
The 30,000-square-meter iconic mixed-use complex will sit on a 6.4-acre piece of land. The trade centre shall comprise the Afreximbank Caribbean regional offices, corporate office space, a 120-room hotel, conference, exhibition, business incubation centre, parking, light retail, etc.
Afreximbank hereby invites firms to express interest in providing architectural and engineering consulting services for the design and supervision of projects. Qualified firms should make submissions to [email protected] no later than 31 January 2025, and must include the following information:
