Do you know someone who needs help to get online?

Login LCR is a digital inclusion initiative designed to support Knowsley residents who are currently unable to access or confidently use online services.

Being online can help to make every day tasks easier, such as booking appointments, managing bills, applying for jobs or staying in touch with family. This scheme is here to help you take that first step into the digital world.

What you'll receive

If your application is successful and you complete the training session, you will receive:

• A free Lenovo K9 Android tablet or Chromebook
• A SIM card with 6 months of free Vodafone connectivity
• A Mi-Fi mobile hotspot device for portable internet access

The support doesn't stop there - trainers will help you build the skills and confidence you need to use your new device safely and independently.

What's involved?

All successful applicants must attend a mandatory 3-hour training session held at a Knowsley library. The session is friendly, supportive and suitable for beginners.

You'll learn:

• How to use your tablet
• How to access the internet safely
• How to use essential online services
• Tips to build confidence and avoid scams

You must be willing and able to attend the full session to take part in the scheme.

Who can apply?

To be eligible, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over
• Live in Knowsley
• Be willing and able to attend a full 3-hour training session in a Knowsley library
• Be genuinely digitally excluded

This scheme is intended for residents who:

• Do not have access to a suitable device
• Do not have reliable internet access
• Have very limited digital skills
• Lack confidence in using online services

To apply, you'll need to provide:

• Full name
• Full Knowsley residential address (including postcode)
• Date of birth
• Contact details (email and/or telephone number)
• Clear details explaining how you are currently digitally excluded
• What type of training you need
