Herbicide Operator's General Standards | AIEC

Jim Miles of the AIEC and Dan Sherbo of The Orion Companies presented the Operators General Standards class designed for applicators and operators. An applicator and operator license is good for three years; after that, retesting is required to maintain certification. All employees who spray chemicals are required to have an operator's license.

Rod Crile presented the course, designed to help directors assess their cooperative's financial position via financial statements used in financial reporting and planning, as well as key ratios developed from these financial statements. How board decisions impact their co-op's financial position was also discussed.
