City of Broken Arrow holiday closings

Police, Fire and ambulance services are available by calling 911. For a non-emergency Police or Fire response or after-hours utility related water and sewer emergencies, please call 918-259-8400.

The Solid Waste and Recycling Department will run their regular Wednesday routes on Christmas Eve December 24. The Solid Waste and Recycling trucks will not run on Christmas Day, and regular Thursday service will move to Friday, Dec. 26.

The Christmas holiday week schedule for City of Broken Arrow services is below:

Christmas Eve, (Wednesday, Dec. 24th)

Broken Arrow Transit will run its regular schedule from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve.

Closed:

Christmas Day (Thursday, Dec. 25th)

Closed:

  • City Offices.
  • Water Utilities Customer Service Window (Online payments available here.)
  • No solid waste or recycling pickup. (Thursday, Dec. 25th service will move to Friday, Dec. 26th.
  • Nienhuis Park Community Center.
  • Central Park Community Center.
  • Ray Harral Nature Center.
  • Broken Arrow Senior Center.
  • Broken Arrow Animal Shelter.
  • Municipal Court pay window (Online payments available here)

New Year's Eve, (Wednesday, Dec. 31st)

All City offices will be open and operating regular business hours.

Broken Arrow Transit will run its regular schedule from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on New Year's Eve.

New Year's Day, (Thursday, Jan. 1)

Closed:

  • City Offices.
  • Water Utilities Customer Service Window (Online payments available here.)
  • No solid waste or recycling (Regular Thursday pickups will slide to Friday)
  • Nienhuis Park Community Center.
  • Central Park Community Center.
  • Ray Harral Nature Center.
  • Broken Arrow Senior Activity Center.
  • Broken Arrow Animal Shelter.
  • Municipal Court pay window (Online payments available here)
