St. Joseph, Mo. - Andrew County Route C will be down to one lane with flaggers at County Road 190, beginning today, Feb. 4. Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC, with a permit through the Missouri Department of Transportation, will be clearing trees for utilities
Traffic Impacts: Andrew County Route C will be down to one lane with flaggers at County Road 190, weekdays during daylight hours, Feb. 4-13.
