Excelitas®, the leading provider of advanced, life-enriching technologies that make a difference, serving global market leaders in the life sciences, advanced industrial, next-generation semiconductor and avionics sectors, today announced the launch of the VeriCure Lite™ Series, an expansion of its VeriCure® UV LED curing platform. Designed for wide format printing, industrial coating, wood processing, metal coating, flooring, and other demanding manufacturing applications, the new VeriCure Lite product line provides customers with a cost-effective UV LED curing solution that delivers reliable performance while reducing energy consumption and system costs.
The VeriCure Lite Series introduces a second performance tier within the VeriCure product family, offering approximately half the UV output of the standard VeriCure model while maintaining the same robust mechanical platform, advanced control capabilities, and seamless integration features. Available in standard emitting window lengths of 750 mm, 900 mm, 1050 mm, 1200 mm, and 1350 mm, VeriCure Lite enables manufacturers to select the UV performance level that best aligns with their application requirements and budget objectives.
"Manufacturers are increasingly seeking UV curing solutions that balance performance, sustainability, and total cost of ownership," said Marvin Ruffin, Product Manager at Excelitas. "The VeriCure Lite Series extends the flexibility of our VeriCure platform by providing an efficient solution for applications that do not require the highest UV dose levels. Customers can now choose between two performance tiers while benefiting from the reliability, integration capabilities, and UV LED expertise that Excelitas is known for."
Built on the same proven platform as the standard VeriCure system, VeriCure Lite incorporates Excelitas' patented high-efficiency cooling technology and advanced UV LED architecture to deliver excellent irradiance uniformity of better than ±10% across the curing area. The system is available in 365 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm wavelengths and supports multiple industrial communication protocols, including Analog, Modbus TCP/IP, OmniCure® AC Series protocol compatibility, and the Phoseon CLIP protocol, simplifying both software and mechanical integration into new and existing production lines.
Additional benefits of the VeriCure Lite Series include:
As global manufacturers continue transitioning away from conventional mercury-based UV curing technologies, UV LED systems are increasingly favored for their energy efficiency, sustainability benefits, and reduced operating costs. With the introduction of VeriCure Lite, Excelitas further expands its ability to provide tailored UV curing solutions for a broad range of industrial coating and printing processes and production environments.
The VeriCure Lite Series will be featured at Loupe America 2026, booth 6305 and is available globally through Excelitas' global sales network.
