SACRAMENTO - Governor Gavin Newsom, Senate President pro Tempore Mike McGuire and Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas announced today major legislation that will drive down electricity costs for millions of Californians, stabilize gasoline supply, and continue the state's world-leading efforts to slash greenhouse gas emissions.
