Counter Protester Charged with Disorderly Conduct After Brandishing Handgun

Counter protester Elijah Millar, 19, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is charged with disorderly conduct after he brandished a handgun during Saturday's No Kings protest at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.

Officers were flagged down just before noon at Jefferson Street and 7th Avenue North. They responded and took Millar into custody. According to witnesses, Millar was involved in heated arguments and spitting at people when he pulled out a gun that he kept pointed toward the ground, placing witnesses and others in the crowd in fear. Millar's bond was set at $1,500.

This was the only arrest related to the protest.
