Originally from Dallas, Texas, Georgia Salaverri has been active in Florida real estate since 2003. After years in Weston, she relocated to Sarasota in 2018 and most recently worked as an advisor with Coldwell Banker in downtown Sarasota. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Salaverri combines her passion for real estate with expertise in staging, technology, and market trends to help her listings stand out. Her background in sales and marketing with luxury hotel brands such as Le Méridien, Shangri-La, and Four Seasons continues to shape her innovative approach to real estate. Originally from Manchester, England, Steven Windsor began investing in real estate at 21 while pursuing his passion for classical ballet. His career as a dancer took him to stages in Lisbon, London, and Tokyo before bringing him to Sarasota in 2010, where he joined the Sarasota Ballet and began renovating properties. A licensed Florida real estate professional since 2019, Windsor combines his artistic eye with local expertise to guide clients from around the world.
