PASADENA, Calif.- The City of Pasadena is reporting that a significant number of evacuation orders have been downgraded in Pasadena. Many areas previously under mandatory Evacuation Orders (red color) have been downgraded to Evacuation Warnings (yellow color). Those in areas denoted Evacuation Warnings (yellow color) can return to their homes, but should be prepared to evacuate if wind conditions or other factors change and an Evacuation Order (red color) is once again necessary.
Some areas in Upper Hastings Ranch as well as some areas near the Hahamonga Watershed Park remain under Evacuation Orders(red color). Residents of those areas cannot return to their homes due to ongoing safety concerns. As fire suppression efforts continue, additional changes to evacuation orders will be promptly communicated.
