Woman Fatally Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision on Robinson Road
The woman fatally injured just after midnight Monday in a car/semi collision in the 800 block of Robinson Road is identified as Carrie McManama, 65, of Ashland City.
The preliminary investigation indicates that McManama, for reasons unknown, was traveling the wrong way in the northbound lane of Robinson Road in a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu, when she struck a northbound semi head-on. McManama died at the scene. There was no evidence of impairment on the part of the semi driver. Toxicology testing will be conducted to determine whether impairment played a role in this fatal crash.
