PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM), America's third-largest homebuilding company, is proud to be named to the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction™ Listby Fortune Media and Great Place To Work. This is PulteGroup's third year being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at 4th in the large category.

PulteGroup's recognition comes following a record-breaking 2024, during which the company achieved its strongest results ever in build quality and customer satisfaction.

"We are incredibly proud to be recognized for the third consecutive year on Fortune's Best Workplaces in Construction list," said Matt Koart, Chief Operating Officer of PulteGroup. "This honor reflects the exceptional dedication of our entire team, especially our field teams, including construction managers, sales consultants, and customer care professionals, whose daily commitment to excellence drives both our record-breaking performance and our outstanding workplace culture. Our people don't just build homes; they build careers, communities, and a company culture that sets the standard in our industry."

The Best Workplaces in Construction list is highly competitive. Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture, determines its lists using its proprietary Trust Index™ Survey to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America's largest ongoing annual workforce study, based on over 1.3 million survey responses and data from companies representing more than 8.4 million employees. The Best Workplaces in Construction award is based on analysis of survey responses from nearly 54,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the construction industry.

Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.

"Congratulations to the Best Workplaces in Construction," says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. "In every industry, our research shows that investing in people drives productivity and higher revenues. When trust levels are high in an organization, people don't fear AI - they embrace it."

In 2025, PulteGroup was also named to the 2025 PEOPLE Companies that Care list, ranked as one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For®, and in 2024 was honored on the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials™ and Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™ lists.
