Lozier employees spent a warm Saturday afternoon supporting one of Omaha's most unique and impactful educational operations.
Hundreds packed Omaha's Miller Park for Mandela Fest, a community festival featuring food, games and fun. In addition to the main stage performances of cultural, musical and artistic activities, the gathering featured a large community fair, featuring multiple businesses and partners.
With manufacturing and fun side-by-side, Lozier presented prizes and giveaways, with Production Supervisor Isaiah Austin and Brand Manager Josh Gear entertaining visitors with insight and handouts, while a balloon artist provided hundreds of inflatable snakes, bracelets and more.
Mandela Fest celebrates the end-of-school-year efforts of Nelson Mandela Elementary School, the north Omaha academic operation founded by Dianne and Allan Lozier. For 11 years, the school has instructed scholars in celebration of the former South African president's dedication to education, promoting Hope, Strength, Service, Unity, Peace and Wisdom.
