Free Fair Housing Workshop: Learn Your Rights and Responsibilities

The City of Irvine and the Fair Housing Foundation will host a free Fair Housing Workshop Wednesday, November 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Quail Hill Community Center, 39 Shady Canyon Drive.
The Fair Housing Foundation will share information, including:
· New statewide laws
· Federal and state fair housing laws
· Housing discrimination
· Eviction process
· Rent increases
· Security deposits
· Habitability and repairs
The workshop is intended to provide an easy way for tenants, landlords, managers, property owners, attorneys, realtors, and management companies to learn about their rights and responsibilities.
