NOTICE OF FIRST READING

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 549-24

The first reading of the proposed Ordinance No. 549-24, an ordinance adopting and enacting a new zoning ordinance for the City of Ludington, Michigan to be known as the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO); providing for the repeal of the existing Appendix A - Zoning, the City of Ludington Zoning Ordinance, as adopted by Ordinance No. No. 23-00, as amended; and providing when said UDO and this ordinance shall become effective, will be on Monday, October 28, 2024, during the regular meeting City of Ludington City Council to be held at 6:00 p.m. at 400 S. Harrison St., Ludington, Mi 49431.
