Earlier this summer, the City of West Chicago announced the start of a community-driven search for its next City Administrator. That process now moves into an important new stage. Applications are officially open, and the community is invited to provide input through a public survey. Working with MGT Impact Solutions, a nationally recognized executive recruitment firm, the City is committed to identifying a leader who reflects the priorities and values of the community.
Community Engagement
The Mayor and City Council believe it is important to hear from the people of West Chicago. They want to know what qualities, experiences, and priorities matter most in the City's next Administrator. Community feedback will help shape the recruitment process and guide the final choice.
You are invited to take a short survey, available in both English and Spanish, by November 15, 2025. Your answers will be combined with others and will not be linked to your name.
