Woodward Loop Concrete Repairs

Beginning Wednesday, June 17 at 5 p.m., the Office of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner will perform two concrete pavement spot repairs on northbound Woodward Avenue in the City of Pontiac. This work is necessary to maintain roadway infrastructure. To complete the repairs, three northbound lanes will be closed from the right-hand curbside lane, leaving one lane open to traffic. There will be no posted detour. Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to allow extra travel time while work is underway.

The repairs are expected to take approximately two to three days to complete, followed by additional time for the concrete to cure before the lanes can fully reopen. The lane is expected to reopen on Monday, June 22, at 8 a.m.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this work. If you have any questions, please contact our Sewer Maintenance Team at 248-858-1127.
