CITY OF SIOUX CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING (OPEN HOUSE)
HAMILTON BOULEVARD & TRI VIEW AVENUE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The City of Sioux City would like to invite you to attend a public meeting open house to present and discuss the reconstruction of the Hamilton Boulevard and Tri View Avenue Intersection. A traffic analysis has been completed and new design options for the intersection as signalized or as a roundabout will be presented. In addition to the intersection surface paving improvements, this project will include water, sanitary, and storm sewer utility replacements along Tri View Avenue west of the Hamilton Boulevard intersection, and trail connectivity to Larsen Park Road and the Riverfront.

The public open house will give an opportunity to view the traffic improvement alternatives being considered and to discuss project components and anticipated project schedules. City staff and engineers from the design consultant team, JEO Consulting Group will be in attendance to discuss project exhibits and answer any questions.

The open house details are below:
DATE: Thursday, March 5, 2026
TIME: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Please come at a time that works best as there is no formal presentation. You are free to come and go during this time.

LOCATION: Sioux City Aalfs Downtown Library
