DNC Chair Ken Martin Slams Trump’s Attempts to Target Fulton County Election Office Arrow

Today, Donald Trump's FBI served a warrant at a Fulton County, Georgia, election office - the same county where Trump was indicted by a grand jury for his attempts to interfere with the 2020 electoral vote count in Georgia.

For years, Donald Trump has lied about the outcome of the 2020 election, and since retaking office, Trump has weaponized his Justice Department to go after his critics, political enemies, and undermine our election system. The DNC continues to fight back against these efforts and will do everything in our power to defend democracy in Georgia and across the country.

In response, DNC Chair Ken Martin released the following statement:

"Donald Trump is a weak loser who still cannot come to terms with the fact that he lost the 2020 election. Instead of focusing on making life more affordable for Georgians or stopping federal agents from terrorizing and killing American citizens on our streets, Trump is still fixated on an election that he lost. Democrats will not back down - the DNC will continue fighting back against Donald Trump's attempts to disenfranchise voters, weaponize the Justice Department, and intimidate election officials."
