TRAFFIC ALERT - Sussex County - UPDATE Dorman Rd (S288A) at Lakewood Dr All Way Stop Implementation
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will be converting the two-way stop control at the intersection of Dorman Rd / Lakewood Drive to an All Way Stop control with new signs and pavement markings.
Due to a scheduling issue, the date of the work has been moved from Wednesday, October 8th to Monday, October 6th.The work will occur starting at 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Monday October 6, 2025. Flaggers will be on-site to direct motorists at the intersection.
This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area. For more information visit the DelDOT website at www.deldot.gov, download the DelDOT app or tune to 1380 am, WTMC.
